Mary Monnat
CEO/President

Mary Monnat has been CEO/President of LifeWorks NW since 1998. She joined the agency as a chemical dependency and mental health therapist in 1983 before moving through various management positions. Mary earned her Masters in Human Development from St. Mary's College in Winona, Minnesota. She is currently a Board member of Jesuit High School, Vision Action Network, United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, and the Women's Commission on Alcohol and Drug Issues of Oregon. Mary previously served as President of the Oregon Alliance of Children's Programs.


Mark Lewinsohn, Ph.D.
VP of Clinical Services

Mark Lewinsohn joined LifeWorks NW in 1993, starting as a family therapist in our Adolescent Day Treatment Program, then moving progressively through management positions until his current position as Vice President of Clinical Services. His prior experience includes serving at The Center in Pleasanton, California; the Children's Hospital in Oakland, California; and the Morrison Center in Portland, Oregon. He earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, following his undergrad B.A. in Psychology at Brown University. Mark serves on the Boards of the Clackamas County National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI), the UNITY Psychiatric Emergency Services advisory council, and the Multnomah County System of Care executive committee.


Katy Beveridge
VP of Operations

Katy Beveridge joined LifeWorks NW in 1994 as an administrative assistant and has moved through positions as Office Manager and Manager of Administrative Systems before becoming Director of Administrative Support Systems. Prior to joining the agency, she served as Licensing Clerk in the Oregon State DEQ. Katy grew up in Portland and attended Grant High School. She received her B.A. in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Sociology and Special Education from Oregon State University.


Connie Dunkle Weyrauch
VP of Finance and Strategic Operations

Connie Dunkle Weyrauch joined LifeWorks NW as Director of Finance and Strategic Operations in 1998. She has over 25 years of experience in financial and facility related management, with much of that with non-profit agencies primarily serving individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and physical disabilities. Connie also served as Executive Director of Ramsey Residential Services in St. Paul, Minnesota and has her MBA in Management and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.


Diane Benavides Wille
VP of Equity, Inclusion and Workforce Development

Diane Benavides Wille is LifeWorks NW’s Vice President of Equity, Inclusion and Workforce Development. She joined the agency in 2005 as practicum student in Child and Family Services, then transitioned to Intensive Community-based Treatment Service where she advanced to program director in 2008. Diane has managed several programs in Child and Family Services and joined the Quality Management team in 2012. In 2014, Diane became the Director of Diversity Development and was chosen by the National Council for Behavioral Health as part of the inaugural class for Addressing Health Disparities Leadership Program. She is a licensed professional counselor and certified drug counselor.


Lora Kerr
VP of Analytics and Technology

Lora Kerr joined LifeWorks NW in 2018 as Strategic Information Systems Director and was promoted to Vice President of Analytics and Technology in April 2019. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in both the healthcare and technology industries. Lora has led numerous product development programs, strategic business systems and business process improvement initiatives transforming operational performance. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola University - Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.
