LifeWorks NW's Project Network program is a residential program with a focus on the African American community for women in recovery dealing with alcohol/drug issues who are with their small children.
The Residential Care Facilitator provides monitoring, structure, and support. Position supervises residents and chores, provides staffing and oversight, and reports any problems that occur to clinical staff.
This position requires each staff to be able to do observable UA's (urinalysis). Because of this requirement for this specific position, this program is only able to hire women.
As a behavioral health organization, LifeWorks NW employees are required to have had their COVID 19 vaccination (or have an approved medical/religious exemption) per State of Oregon rules. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required upon hire.
Hours/Days: This is an on call position. Hours/days will vary. Requires ability to work various shifts of days, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts at our Project Network location.
Pay: $15.91 to $17.10 per hour. Additional $.50 per hour working swing shifts. Additional $.75 per hour for working graveyard shifts.
