Passionate about helping women in recovery? LifeWorks NW's Mountaindale program provides residential substance abuse services for women who are pregnant or have children under 9 years of age.
This Residential Care Facilitator position is responsible for providing care to and ensuring the safety of up to 12 female residents and their children. Duties include milieu management, medication administration, light housekeeping duties, and transporting clients. This position also does basic office work such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying and completing tasks using an electronic health record.
This position requires each staff to be able to do observable UA's (urinalysis). Because of this requirement for this specific position, this program is only able to hire women.
Location: This position is located in beautiful rural Washington County (in Oregon) in the Mountaindale/Cornelius area.
Days/Hours: This is a full-time, swing shift position working 40 hours per week. Specific days to be determined. Days will likely include weekends.
Pay/Benefits: $500 sign-on bonus for this position. $16.41 to $17.60 per hour. Additional $.50 per hour shift differential swing shift and additional $.75 per hour for graveyard shift. Full benefits such as medical insurance, dential insurance, paid time off, etc.
