Residential Care Facilitator, Mountaindale 539 - HIRING BONUS

Passionate about helping women in recovery? LifeWorks NW's Mountaindale program provides residential substance abuse services for women who are pregnant or have children under 9 years of age.

These Residential Care Facilitator positions are responsible for providing care to and ensuring the safety of up to 12 female residents and their children. Duties include milieu management, medication administration, light housekeeping duties, and transporting clients. These positions also do basic office work such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying and completing tasks using an electronic health record.

These positions require each staff to be able to do observable UA's (urinalysis). Because of this requirement for this specific position, this program is only able to hire women. 

Days/Hours: There are multiple part-time positions open. See specific days/hours below: 

  • Saturdays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 am (16 hours a week, graveyard shift) 
  • Saturdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (8 hours a week, day shift) 
  • Sundays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (8 hours a week, day shift)
  • Mondays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 am and Fridays 3:00 pm to 7:00 am (32 hours a week, graveyard shift) 

On call (PRN) positions are also avaiable. 

Pay: $500 sign-on bonus for this position. $15.65 to $16.79 per hour. Additional shift differential for graveyard and swing shifts. 


  • Some understanding of alcohol and drug recovery preferred.
  • Conflict resolution skills required.
  • Ability to do observable UA's (urinalysis) for female residents. 
  • Must be able to pass a DHS background check. 
  • Must be able to transport clients in a LifeWorks NW vehicle. Candidate must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and have the ability to meet LifeWorks NW's driving requirements.
