This is a full-time position working with LifeWorks NW's Hawthorn Walk-In Center. This program provides crisis intervention with people who are experiencing mental health or substance use concerns.

This full-time position will work with LifeWorks NW's EASA team. The Early Assessment and Support Alliance (EASA) program provides individual/family support, education, advocacy, and treatment to persons aged 12 to 24 who are experiencing emerging symptoms of psychosis. The program also has a robust family component, including multi-family groups.

This position oversees two of LifeWorks NW programs in Clackamas County - Early Assessment & Support Alliance (EASA) and Transition Age Youth (TAY). This is on call, Bachelor's level position working at LifeWorks NW’s Zenith program. This program provides services to youth and young adult clients in a residential setting who are experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and behavioral problems.
