Residential Care Facilitator, On Call 628

This on call, entry-level position works at LifeWorks NW's Mountaindale program.  This program provides residential substance abuse services for women who are pregnant or have children under 6 years of age.

The Residential Care Facilitator position is responsible for providing care to and ensuring the safety of up to 12 female residents and their children. Duties include milieu management, medication administration, light housekeeping duties, and transporting clients. This position will also do basic office work such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying and completing tasks using an electronic health record.

This position requires each staff to be able to do observable UA's (urinalysis). Because of this requirement for this specific position, this program is only able to hire women. 

Days/Hours: As an on call position, days/hours vary. This is a 24/7 residential program. 

Pay: $15.00 to $16.13 per hour depending on experience. Additional $.50 per hour for working in rural Washington County. 


  • Some understanding of alcohol and drug recovery preferred.
  • Conflict resolution skills required.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS background check. 
  • Must be able to transport clients in a LifeWorks NW vehicle. Candidate must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and have the ability to meet LifeWorks NW's driving requirements.
