The Mental Health Associate provides services to youth and young adult clients in a residential setting who are experiencing severe and persistent mental illness and behavioral problems by providing skills training, case management, and other services as outlined in a treatment plan.

Location: This position is based out of LifeWorks NW's Zenith Residential site, Tigard.Pay/Benefits: $19.95 to $21.70 per hour. Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential working swing shift hours.
Essential Responsibilities:(Must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.)
Providing Direct Client Care - Individual and group skills training; case management; and occasional crisis support.
Assisting Clients - Responsible for rendering assistance in clean up duties which may involve using the bodily fluids spill kit.
Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
