LifeWorks NW's (EASA) Early Assessment and Support Alliance provides individual/family support, education, advocacy, and treatment to persons aged 12 to 24 who are experiencing emerging symptoms of psychosis. The program also has a robust family component, including multi-family groups. EASA serves individuals who are publicly or privately insured or who have no insurance.
The Mental Health Therapist/Service Coordinator II is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, provision of supportive counseling, and coordination of multiple service providers for client caseload. Clients are adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are given in clinical, community, and home based settings.

Assisting and Caring for Clients - Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to clients. Responsible for rendering assistance in clean up duties which may involve using the bodily fluids spill kit.
