The Service Coordinator II/QMHP screens, assesses, diagnoses, and treats transition age youth ages 15 to 25 experiencing their first onset of psychosis and schizophrenia spectrum illness in its initial 12 months. Provides psycho education, appropriate treatments, and/or consultation with families, care providers, and community partners regarding treatment options. Works in community-based, home-based and office-based settings. Also offers community education to reduce the stigma of mental illness and raise awareness about psychosis.

Location: Tigard and Milwaukie International Way sites.Pay/Benefits: $25.95 to $28.22 per hour plus Full benefits. This position is 40 hours per week.

Assisting Clients - Responsible for rendering assistance clean up duties involving the bodily fluids spill kit.

Therapy and Counseling Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and counseling.
